Privacy policy
This policy explains which personal data we process, why, and what your rights are. It follows the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, for people in Brazil, the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
Who is responsible
Nona Casa is responsible for processing your data. For any request about it, write to suporte@nonacasa.com.
What data we process
- Browsing. As with any website, the server records technical access data (IP address, browser, pages visited, date and time) to keep the site running and secure.
- Language. If you choose a language on the site, that choice is stored only on your device. It is not a tracking cookie.
- Fonts. The site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address to Google.
- Purchases. Name, email and payment details entered at checkout. Payment is made on the partner payment platform; we never see or store your card details.
- Contact. If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or Instagram, we use what you send only to reply and handle your request.
Why we use this data
- To deliver the product you bought and provide support (performance of the contract).
- To meet legal obligations, such as accounting and tax rules.
- To keep the site secure and running (legitimate interest).
We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising or audience measurement cookies.
Who receives the data
Only the providers that make the site and sales work: the technical services that keep the site online, Google Fonts and the partner payment platform. Some are outside the European Union, for example in the United States. In those cases, the transfer is protected by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism.
How long we keep it
Purchase data: for the period required by accounting law (in France, 10 years). Contact messages: up to 3 years after the last contact. Technical server logs: for the period set by the provider.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and you can object to its use. Just write to the email address above. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can file a complaint with the CNIL in France (cnil.fr), or with the ANPD in Brazil (gov.br/anpd).
